Terms of delivery

Free delivery under the following conditions:

• In Paris, Paris, Malakoff, Vanves, Montrouge, Châtillon, Issy-les-Moulineaux and Boulogne-Billancourt.
• In metropolitan France from 70 € all taxes included.
• In the European Union, Norway and Switzerland from € 100 incl.

Mode of delivery and rates :

• From 0.1 to 0.3 kg: by letter.
  
• From 0.3 to 30 kg: by COLISSIMO registered packet to state tariffs.
• Over 30kg : Free shipping, carrier selected by Shohan-design.

No handling or additional packaging is invoiced by Shohan-design.

Shohan-design is not responsible for exceptional delays attributable to the selected carrier.

Receipt :

Presentation of the package to the shipping address provided with delivery against signature.

If absent, the package will be to withdraw to the nearest post office, or represented following the procedures specific to the selected carrier.

Retraction or damage reported at the reception

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. Time during lequels you can return the parcel under the terms Shohan-design sales.

During the reception, if you find that the package was damaged during transportation, you must mention it clearly on the acknowledgment of receipt of the carrier, you can also refuse to receive the parcel.

Within 48 hours, you should inform Shohan Edition email. The problem will be rectified as soon as possible.

Recyclable packaging

With double corrugated cardboard, kraft paper tape and tissue paper packaging, our packaging is fully recyclable. It is part of our commitments to try to preserve our planet.

However, our packages are not more fragile, and although Kraft Scotch tape costs more, we do not charge you any additional packaging costs.
